LIVE DATES!

FESTIVAL ALERT
I’ll be in Florida in January to perform at the 17th annual 30A Songwriters Festival. TICKETS + INFO

Join me and over 125 artists as we perform in ~25 venues up and down scenic Highway 30A on the Gulf Coast in South Walton County on the Florida panhandle.

It’s a killer lineup! I’m especially looking forward to catching Mavis Staples, James McMurtry, Mary Gauthier, David Lowery, Benmont Tench, Glenn Phillips, and Robyn Hitchcock. And of course, I’ll be stoked to see my old Thorns bandmate, Shawn Mullins.

GIG RECAPS
I played my final gigs of 2025 in October with a run of seven appearances in the Pacific Northwest. Read all about this string of dates on Substack.

In September, Elaine Summers and I embarked on a tour of the Northeast. We savored every minute. It felt amazing to be back out on the open road, living out of a suitcase, finding good food, and of course, bringing the music to the people. Those 80 or 90 minutes on stage were pure bliss. Equally blissful were the conversations with audience members after our sets. I’m grateful for the chance to connect with listeners and hear what my music has meant to them.

Stay up to date on dates by following me on Bandsintown.

FADE AWAY BLUE!

Charles Moss at SPIN Magazine wrote the definitive story of my latest studio album, Fade Away Blue. Read the article HERE.

Since the first single, “You Called Me Kid,” dropped in June, I’ve heard from scores of listeners who’ve been touched by what is by far my most personal album.

The record also received glowing notices from the press.

The best album of Droge’s career — largely because it’s so personal.

Droge’s great gift has always been an innate sense of hooks so naturally appealing that it sounds like they must have always been there.
— Peter Blackstock / No Depression

Fade Away Blue is a model of narrative precision and melodic efficiency, proving yet again why the Oregon native is one of the most underrated singer/songwriters of his generation.
— Hobart Rowland / Magnet

I made the podcast rounds this year. I love podcasts because they allow for deep and meaningful conversations. And with the personal nature of Fade Away Blue front and center, things got really deep at times. (I even shed a tear during one interview.) On the lighter side, it was fun to revisit my musical history and recount stories from the old days.
